Week 11 – 1st Draft

In week 11, I completed the first draft of my photobook. Keeping it succinct turned out to be not as much of an issue as I believed it would be at first; I looked back to my blogs in which I explained certain complex ideas in just a few paragraphs for reference whilst writing the book.

My main problem came about when trying to figure out which of my photos would make the book and which wouldn’t, as I had trouble deciding which images were aiding in storytelling/accompanying the text the best. I will have my advisors check over the images and text for their input (and to make sure I am not disclosing any information from my internship which I am not allowed to), as well as some friends and family members to get feedback from people who aren’t too familiar with the topics I cover.
