Week 7 – Analyzing causes

Hi all,

In week 7, I analyzed what are some leading non-performance related factors that affect the NPS score. Some of these factors include the management systems, ease of use, managing contracts and ordering, renewing, and/or updating the products. In week 8, I will start to understand how the NPS changes over quarter 2 and 4, and I will look at which regions respond best to the surveys.

    There non-performance related factors are very similar to my network effects determinants.
