As a highly compassionate and approachable teaching professional, with 12 years of hands-on experience in International Schools, Ms. Li is very excited to be teaching Mandarin at BASIS Independent Silicon Valley in both the Lower and Upper School. Ms. Li believes that the central concern of education has to do with inner liberation, and that both the students and the teachers are learners and therefore equal, and the process of mutual education creates an altogether different relationship between the teacher and the student.
